It is our pride that our building was desgiend by Lluis Domenech i Montaner, an important Catalan architect that is renown internationally for Modernisme, which was an architectural movement that started at the end of the 19th Century and is known in France as “Art Deco” and in Italy as “Art Liberty”. This style tried to avoid straight lines. The idea was to create movement through curves and emphasizing ornaments that represented Mother Nature (example: flowers and birds in the case of Casa Fuster).
