• Would you recommend it? Yes
• Positive: Our sea facing suite and the Platinum club...Mario on reception was outstanding with his customer service and personality. If only he could promise more.
• Negative: We arrived on the first day of opening and the Platinim express check in was not open. We queued for 45 mins to get our key. We had paid for platinum club but the restaurant was not open until our 4th night so missed out on 3 nights dinner there
• I RECOMMEND it for... Older travelers, Couples, Luxury, Classic style lovers, Modern style lovers
• I recommend it especially AGAINST...

• Staff: 10 Salim in Platinum roof bar was amazing with his humour and banter plus his Pina Coladas are the best.
