• Cleanliness: 5 Cleaning was a little strange, there was a stain on my floor that never was cleaned etc.
• Location: 10 Right by the beach, amazing view
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Beautiful facilities, food was fine but not amazing
• Staff: 10 Staff were so lovely, especially Ana, David and Miguel!
• Quietness: 2.5 It was loud and I was there during covid!
• Room: 10 Beautiful room
• Value for money: 5 I got the platinum at a good deal so was worth it, but the standard price is not worth it for the extra cost

• Positive: Roof Top Pool/ Bar. Bar waiters were very friendly.
• Negative: The Food! In the main hall was incredibly Bland at dinner time. this was discussed with other guests. We also requested a room that got sun in the evening prior to our stay and as we arrived having paid for upgrades. This was not accommodated even though the hotel was empty and we had upgraded to all the packages and they they were shutting down all the upgraded amenities. Which we didn't try to get compensated for. There is a very big difference between the food in the premium restaurant and the large restaurant even when ordering off the menu.

• Room: 2.5 View terrible. Sink and toliet with no privacy also not ideal.
• Value for money: 2.5 It was expensive. due to the fact that all the extras paid for were being shut on a daily basis due to covid. but there was nothing to make up the loss of these.
