• Location: 10 Very easy access to the boardwalk with tons of restaurants, quick walk to the beach
• Common facilities and services: 5 Breakfast had good variety, Tess tiara ya were just average and more expensive than outside the hotel. The strict adherence to have to make a reservation in advance for everything (even when restaurants were empty) was annoying and didn’t lend to a relaxed vacation schedule. Internet kept coming on and off and had a low signal. Spa area was average.
• Staff: 2.5 Some staff were great (Mario at front desk, spa staff), others were unhelpful and sometimes rude (reception staff, restaurant staff). Cleaning staff kept opening the door to my room without knocking first.
• Quietness: 7.5 Can hear the ocean from room which was wonderful, but also directly on the boardwalk so could be noisy at time
• Room: 10 Beautiful room, modern, clean, good view
• Value for money: 5 For price of hotel I would expect service, staff, and restaurants to be better

• Negative: Check-in - exceptionally disorganised staff and no communication advising on booking restaurants for breakfast lunch or dinner etc. I understand we are in a pandemic but a map of the hotel / facilities would have been perfect. We had just checked out of the Iberostar selection Anthelia and the information provided and level of service from the staff were first class. I think some better training should be provided to the staff. Mario who checked us out provided a very pleasant experience and his English and customer services skills were a credit to the hotel Guayarmina.

• Negative: Restaurants are not cold and not enough cosy, not lunch restaurant for Platinium. Lunch food of The Roast is not good and not aligned with the level of your hotel. It is a snack and regret you do not have really good buffet for Platinium guests.

• Quietness: Not rated Was located at 5th room 5004 and every morning from 6h30 to 8h...wake up by personal noise from the kitchen located 10m from the room, not acceptable and will never agree next time to that place. I did not complain to avoid to move everything for 4days but I should have, not happy about that, please escalate to you management.
• Room: 2.5 Lateral view I got was not the best one ...for the view and nose from the street...
