December/2020 Someone from Viaje para conocer el lugar con mi pareja, también busco la tranquilidad y lógicamente encontrarme agusto en el hotel siendo bien atendida y sobre todo muy buena limpieza para nuestra seguridad dadas las circunstancias con el covid thinks:

• Negative: Tendrían que tener dentro de la habitación el cartel de pueden hacer la habitación o no molesten para poder colgarlo fuera en la puerta para la señora de la limpieza. Por otro lado, debería de haber armarios con puertas para que la ropa no se vea colgada.

• Negative: There was one hotel staff in particular that really made us feel unwelcome with really nasty comments, I think his name was zizou, he was the activities manager.

• Staff: 10 Very polite and helpful
• Quietness: Not rated Our room was next to the lift and every time someone used it it made a big annoying noise into our room. And there is v loud live music each evening (coming from a nearby bar) from 5 til 8 ish which kind of spoilt our relaxing balcony sunset watching time. Was not warned about this.
• Room: 5 Bath in the middle of the room a little strange and no privacy for use of the bathroom. Even with your spouse you need privacy while using the toilet but this toilet is v open.
• Value for money: 5 175 euros per night too expensive considering there were a lot of issues due to it being the first week. I would have been happier paying just 100 euros per night... the gym was out of use, bath only ran with brown water them no one came even though i spoke to reception many times, mainly the reception couldn't be contacting so i had to get dressed and go down.. also parking facilities are confusing, safe doesn't always work..
