• Location: 10 You cannot ask for a better location if you want to be near a large plaza with lots of restaurants and shops.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Internet service was spotty and did not work on last day there. No iron for clothes which I view as a basic offering for most hotels. Beyond that they had most essential offerings you would expect from a hotel.
• Staff: 10 Friendly and courteous
• Quietness: 10 Did not hear any street noise except for those who yelled loudly
• Room: 7.5 Room was decent size and could accomodate luggage without feeling crowded. Bathroom was excellent and much better than average for a European hotel.
• Value for money: 7.5 Overall good value for the money.

• Location: 10 Location wise it's the equivilant of being right next to the capital building in Wasshinton DC your right in the middle of everything!
• Common facilities and services: 10 Free wifi and access to 2 computers in the lobby.
• Staff: 10 Very friendly and warm. You get that genuine traditional Spanish hospitality feeling.
• Quietness: 10 Well considering the location and the fact that spaniards like to party until the early morning hours this place is pretty quiet. Just close your window when you want to sleep but we would leave the window open so that we we would feel like we're part of the crowd. It's really an amazing place!
• Room: 10 Very clean, hardwood floors, marble bathroom, comfortable beds.
• Value for money: 10 It was the best €100 room I've ever stayed in..
