• Positive: Efficiency of staff, size and cleanliness of modern room, quiet, location, I can open the windows and be a part of the Puerta del Sol, or close the windows and I am in solitude. Tapas bars are 2 blocks, churros and chocolate near by, and shopping. Walking distance to great sites. And the Europa Cafe has great food and people watching.
• Negative: Apparently nothing, because we stay there every time we go to Madrid.

• Positive: The hardworking staff of both the hotel and adjacent cafe. Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This is our second stay at Europa and the service is consistently excellent. Also, the location of the hotel is central to the city and many destinations can be reached by walking. Right next to the central Metro station as well.
