• Location: 10 we love walking and theFenelon is a healthy 35 minute walk to the Louvre and 15 minutes to Sacre Coeur, and 10 mins to Gallerie Lafayette. Very close to a Metro station and there are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby

• Room: 5 simple room, perfectly adequate, garden view which is lovely in warm weather.
• Value for money: 10 A no-frills hotel, aging, but with a certain charm and faded elegance. We've stayed here several times. There are little touches that could improve it - coat hooks for example especially as hangars are limited! The lift is an experience - no room for you and your suitcase, and you have to be very intimate with anyone you ride with!! But that's the charm...
