• Positive: The location and proximity to the Metro. Also the nice courtyard. Staff were friendly and helpful.
• Negative: No air conditioning. Rooms were not quite clean enough. Didn't like the fact there was nowhere to put the shower head so you were forced to have a bath.

• Cleanliness: 5 The bath tiles could be cleaner and the walls were a little grubby
• Location: 7.5 Very close to transport
• Common facilities and services: 5 The outside garden area was nice as was the breakfast room but the furniture in the reception area was in need of repairs and there wasn't really a comfortable area to relax. The back part of the building had no lift and so would not be suitable for people who have trouble with stairs. Lift in the front section was tiny.
• Staff: 7.5 We were originally given a twin room when we booked a double. They initially said there was not other room available but when we pointed out our booking was for a double we were moved.
• Quietness: 5 The room was reasonably quiet unless there were people coming and going from their rooms
• Room: 5 The room was quite dreary and drab and could do with an overhaul. You wouldn't want to spend much time in your room. Fortunately our windows opened out on to the courtyard. Would have been much better if the shower hose had an attachment to hang it on the wall
• Value for money: 5 You get what you pay for, the bed was quite comfortable and the facilities adequate
