• Would you recommend it? Yes
• Positive: Our Room...We stayed in a Junior suite and it was really lovely, with large dual sink bathroom and seperating door for the lounge area and comfortable Balcony furniture, a real pleasure to stay in and kept immaculate throughout our stay by the discrete and very efficent cleaners. Also really enjoyed the food, particularly dinner, great service and good variety from night to night.
• Negative: I am a "Cider" drinker myself and don't drink beer so was disappointed that this was not available at the hotel or pool bars, also we felt that for british tourists the selection of hot "english style" breakfast items was very limited - in contrast to dinner which we both found lots of variety in.
• I RECOMMEND it for... Families, Couples, Luxury, Peace seekers
• I recommend it especially AGAINST... Young travelers
• Cleanliness: 10 spotless throughout
• Location: 5 Illetas is a very quiet area and a little hilly for my older mum.
• Common facilities and services: 10 tennis, golf, table tennis and a spa...all great
• Staff: 10 All excellent, smily and allways speak when passing
• Quietness: 10 ideal for quiet relaxing sleep
• Room: 10 Superb, but we did book a junior suite
• Value for money: 10 Very good over all, high standard for the price

• Cleanliness: 10 Gibt es gar nix auszusetzen, sehr gründliche Reinigung.
• Location: 10 Ideale Lage für Ausflüge nach Palma und für den Südwesten! Im Vergleich zu anderen Orten nicht so stark verbaut mit Hotelkomplexen.
• Common facilities and services: 10 im Vergleich zum RIU Palace Bonanza Playa etwas weniger Auswahl, aber sehr gute Qualität, Atmosphäre im Restaurant deutlich ruhiger als im RUI Palace.
• Staff: 10 Ganz großes Lob, selten so eine nette und motivierte Mannschaft gesehen - insbesondere im Restaurantbereich! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt-liegt auch and der wirklich kompetenten und immer freundlichen Direktorin!! War sehr präsent und zeigt echtes Interesse an den Gästen!!
• Quietness: 7.5 Unser Zimmer (4. Etage) lag mittig zum Garten (Minigolf). Hatten überhaupt keine Probleme, auch von Nebenzimmern so gut wie nix gehört.
• Room: 7.5 Renoviertes Zimmer im gediegenen Design, aber gemütlich und es gibt neue, sehr bequeme Betten!
• Value for money: 10
