• Positive: Fantastic staff. Very attentive and they couldn't do enough for us! Really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic!!!
• Negative: The fan to our room was very tempermental so it got quite hot in there. I also expected tea/coffee making facilities in our room but there wasn't even a kettle.
