• Staff: 5 Some of the staff were very helpful but there were 2 staff that had poor attitude. Part of the ceiling and the insulation in my room fell off when their staff were fixing my aircon. The manager did not even apologize when the ceiling almost hit me. I got the feeling that they felt I was giving them too much when I asked them to fix the aircon which was not functioning.
