  • Location: 10 esta perfectamente ubicado cerca de todo!!! en la calle preciados, una calle muy movida en madrid. A cinco minutos caminando de Puerta del sol y tambien a corta distancia caminando de el palacio real y la plaza mayor. Absolutamente perfecto.

  • Room: 10 La habitacion es bastante amplia tomando en cuenta los espacios en Europa. Esta muy bien equipada y el minibar es gratis.
  • Value for money: 10 Me parece que tiene una buena relacion calidad precio. Sin embargo pienso que deberia incluir el desayuno dentro del precio.

  • Staff: Not rated Conserje amable, personal educado, pero poco serios y poco profesionales. El sistema de reservas por internet no lo respetan.Dieron nuestra habitación a otros huéspedes ( supongo que para no perder dinero) y a nosotros una suite. Así que en teoría nos daban una habitación mejor, sólo que la suite era mucho peor que la superior que habíamos reservado hacía 5 meses y confirmado el día 14.Pero esto es lo que había.Según el ecargado era mucho mejor, sólo que no tenía ventanas , ni baño en suite, pero eso si, tenía una bicicleta estática. Como no estabamos de acuerdo , al final nos acompañaron a otro hotel amablemente. Muy fuerte.

    "Estimada Señora,Tengo que discrepar con su comentariao y decirles que el personal del Hotel Preciados es profresional y respetamos todas las reservas a traves de nuestra pagina.Y es la primera vez que nos ocurre que damos un up-grade de una Habitacion Superior a Suite sin coste alguno y alguien se queja.Tampoco estamos de acuerdo en que la habitacion sea de peor calidad.Se le dio la habitacion por ser recien casados y tener un detalle con ustedes.No siempre se puede acertar."
