• Staff: 5 When I checked in the person behind the desk was on the phone and just asked for my passport without welcoming me. She continued her telephone conversation (which in fairness was not personal) almost throughout the check in process.

• Room: 7.5 I like the fact that even the small basic rooms have a separate bedroom, and the shower is excellent
• Value for money: 7.5 On this occasion I found a good rate, but at times rates can be a little high so it depends.

• Positive: The staff were very friendly, helpful and all had nice smiles which made a change, they must love their jobs. Bedroom very good, clean and comfy, I loved the shower, and the free mini bar, the bar service and restaurant staff perfect and good food. we enjoyed our three day stay, and hopefully will return one day.
