• Negative: I know it was an "Interior Room" but I never realized the room would be so ridiculously small with no space to put my luggage. I was very disappointed and will not recommend your "Special Price" or hotel to any of my relatives... as there has to be a limit on how low a hotel can go in the size of the offered rooms. You definitely are pushing the limits (and what a horrible view of that 70's looking chandelier!)

• Location: 10 although ii was not near to serrano street which was my destination but from other perspectives it was vry good located
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 there was not any hand cream and ear cleaner at room, although after asking from reception they give one to me.
• Staff: 5 they were poliet but not friendly at all, just two of the servants which i dont know their names were friendly,kind and helpful. the employee of the cafe valera(breakfast) had not very good behavior.
