• Negative: We stayed in a Hi-Tech hotel. But the laptop did not work. Till twice times we send a message to the reception, where they promised to send a technicien. But when we leaved after six days the guy did not come.

• Positive: Location... very close to centre, Barrio del Carmen, central shopping areas and the Mercado Central
• Negative: Nothing to dislike really... renovations going on at a nearby church but it's not the hotel's fault and didn't start too early!

• Location: 10 Hard to think of a better location if you want central Valencia & Carmen
• Common facilities and services: 5 Bar closed... not a big issue, but might be to some. I guess this is due to being out of season. There are lots of bars very close!
• Staff: 7.5 Not much contact with them, but check-in and check-out were quick and easy
• Quietness: 7.5 Renovation work going on nearby, but hotel itself was fine
• Room: 7.5 Small, but neat and clean. Need some kind of qualifications to operate the shower, but not a big problem
• Value for money: 7.5 Good standards for my Euro

• Positive: The service from the desk was extremely nice and helpfull. The hotel situated in the hart of the city. Rooms small but tiny and clean. Everyting was available like, good shower, mini bar, airco, volt etc
• Negative: My son and I ordered 2 sinlge beds, I had a double bed and my son had to sleep in a folding bed. Theoretically a room for 4 persons but in that case it would have been very small.
