• Negative: Teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel familiar viajaba con tres niños pequeños que se me dieran habitaciones en pisos diferentes y que las camas fueran de matrimonio y no se me diera solución a esta circunstacia, la señorita de recepcion que me atendió no fue comprensiva del problema que se me causaba
