• Room: 7.5 Compact but well "stocked". View fromm our room was onto central ouside atrium
• Value for money: 10 No complaints - but VAT to be added to price. Still good value

• Room: 5 Laminate floor suffering in the bathroom from inevitable leaks from shower. Flooring looked cheap and meant rooms noisy

• Room: 5 the room I stayed in was excellent however another room of our group was supposed to be double but it was absolutely tiny and the bed was not a double - although we all paid the same price. I also wanted to book twin rooms but it was impossible to do this on the website.

• Value for money: Not rated No, paid 220 euros for quality room. Instead got hostel quality room. VFM extremely poor & would not recommend this hotel compared to what it states on its web site.

• Positive: Modern amenities, reasonably priced, good location and easy to find (approx 10 minute walk from Xativa metro station.) Ask for a room on the 4th/5th floor at the front of the hotel to get the best views.
• Negative: There was nothing really disagreeable about the place. I would recommend it to others and would stay there again if I returned to Valencia.
