• Positive: the staff where extremely helpful and efficient. I fell ill with fever and they organised a doctor within the hour, food to my room....and never disturbed or heard a peep early in the morning like in some hotels. Excellent service
• Negative: no restaurant and their `ROOM SERVICE%27 is not in fact inhouse, very costly and inadequate, but on the second day we had figured out that there was a little italian literally next door, happy to deliver pizza or any other dish....in emergency this is good to know,
