• Common facilities and services: 5 Pool definitely needs a disabled hoist and all inclusive cocktails need re addressing as they were awful and nothing like what they are supposed to be
• Staff: 7.5 Eva the receptionist was fantastic very helpful
• Quietness: 5 Cleaner trolleys loud in the morning but a bit too quiet around the pool.. could do with some music as there was enough quiet areas to lay

• Value for money: 5 Yes but very repetitive
