• Positive: Everything is perfect. The entire experience was fantastic. The hotel is immaculate and the refurbishment makes it even better. The bar, restaurant, reception and cleaning teams are warm and friendly at all times. Joan the entertainment manager is key to the excellent experience and is very talented and committed to his programme every day.

• Negative: It would be good to have some tips about the cleaning . Like close your curtains fully if you don’t want to be disturbed or to place your towels on the floor if you wish them to be replaced. Worrying about when the cleaning ladies were coming slightly impacted on my holiday .

• Positive: The heated pool is fantastic and Johan and Emma were brilliant.room was cleaned to a high standard and regular clean towel and plenty of toilet paper.these are simple things but make all the difference to a family holiday.it’s the 2nd time staying and we will be back.the staff at front desk excellent.Johan is amazing and really made the holiday for both us as parents and our 3 children.grounds and pool spotless all the time.fantastic modern room.
