• Cleanliness: 2.5 El suelo de la habitación estaba sucio, incluso me encontré el corcho de una botella de cava o champagne bajo el minibar.

• Common facilities and services: 5 En la cafetería no había personal y había que esperar a que el/la Recepcionista nos atendiera. Para comer el restaurante está cerrado.
• Staff: 7.5 Envié 2 correos para que me resolvieran dudas antes de reservar y todavía estoy esperando a que me contesten. Finalmente, tuve que llamar por teléfono. Una de mis dudas era la forma de pago y ya a la hora de hacer el check in me enteré de que me habían hecho el prepago de la reserva. Ya durante la estancia, llamé varias veces a Recepción y no cogieron el teléfono ninguna de las veces.

• Negative: When we checked in both couples were given rooms on the ground floor, when we got to our rooms we found them already occupied but our room keys had been activated for these rooms, therefore giving us access to other peoples posessions! We obviously complained, we were given other rooms with no explination or apology. Security at this hotel appears to not be taken seriously. The service was terrible, the bar more often than not was not staffed, in order to get a drink you had to go and find someone. The restaurant was a buffet style service, which was more like a bun fight and on the one night we used it they ran out of food! For the other nights of our stay we either ate in Toledo or a lovely little restaurant in the next village of Arges called Casa Alberto which is well worth checking out. Some of the staff were the most surly un-helpful people I have ever had the mis-fortune to meet, but it has to be said others were very friendly and helpful.

• Positive: Todo en general. Ubicación- Cerca de Toledo y a la vez en una zona tranquila en el campo. Entorno- Muy bonito. Instalaciones- Correctas con un estándar bueno. Atención- Buena. Relación calidad- Precio- Buena. Limpieza- Buena- Correcta. Habitaciones- Bien equipadas sin lujos.
• Negative: Mantenimiento- Empieza a necesitar una revisión general. Hay pequeños defectos en habitaciones sobre todo que no son importantes pero empeoran la imagen que se lleva el viajero.
