• Staff: 2.5 Had a very bad experience with the manager at the reception. She was extremely rude and had very little patience. Should not be in the hotel industry if she cannot control her temper.

• Location: 10 right on the Balcon which extends out into the sea to give great views. Brilliant street performers at night and too many wonderful restaurants
• Common facilities and services: 5 pool is VERY small BUT it has private beaches which is what we wanted. Also Burriana Beach is a 10min walk and we loved it there

• Quietness: 5 There was a wedding on and our room overlooked the terrace and beach it was on. There was a large firework display at around 8.30 pm then a smaller one at 12am but I sat on my balcony with my daughter watching all the display, glad we had a sea view balcony.
• Room: 7.5 not the biggest but we had 3 beds and a travel cot for the baby. TBH it was the perfect size for us, less room to make a mess in. had good bathroom size with bath/shower, toilet, BD, sink and large mirror. beds had cabinets either side, there was a lounge chair, desk and chair then 2 chairs and coffee table on the balcony.
• Value for money: 10 1,700 euro's for 7 nights bed and breakfast for 2 adults, 1 child, 1 baby from 24/8/15 to 31/8/15
