• Positive: The overall Peace and Quiet of the location, the room comfort and cleanliness along with the very helpful and courteous employees.
• Negative: I had no dislikes - however I would suggest that 1-Tea and coffee provision be left to the guests rather than have it brought to the tables as sometimes in our case the tea was tepid and weak. 2 - Consideration be given to upgrading or adding and extra elevator as sometimes waiting time can be lengthy. 3 - The sliding shower door in the Sauna is not working properly resulting in shower water running along the floor towards the room door. These are only three suggestions which I hope you find helpful and were only of minor inconvenience to us during our stay.

• Cleanliness: 10 Our room 911 was very comfortable and peaceful and a great view over the beach and sea.
• Location: 10 The Hotel is located close to many places of interest
• Common facilities and services: 10 The common facilities ans services were excellent
• Staff: 10 Nothing was too much trouble by all employees who were most helpful and courteous - in particular the reception personnel - the omlette chef and the housekeeper.
• Quietness: 10 Apart from a few noisy people talking loudly in out corridor one night until about 1am the hotel is quiet and peaceful
• Room: 10 Room 911 is in a great location over the sea and beach and was kept clean and neat by the housekeeper.
• Value for money: 10 The Balcon Hotel is excellent value for money

• Negative: The Air Conditioning was very old, and the Hotel in general needs to be re-furbished if it wants to keep its 4 Star Rating, the furniture in the room was really cheap for a 4 Star Hotel, even down to the toilet paper the cheapest you can find!
