• Negative: El tipo de cambio que aplican al Dolar/Euro pero reconozco que el Hostal poco puede hacer al respecto. Sin embargo el tipo de cambio del Banco con el que trabajan no es convenientes para los viajeros que pagamos con tarjetas internacionales.

• Negative: Service at the reception. lack of english skills, and the fact that I asked when I arrived if i could get the bill/invoice, but was told I would get it at Check-out, I asked also if I check out at 5AM, and the answer was yes. However at check-out 5Am the non english speaker at the reception could not provid eme with anything. I have emailed you to get a bill/invoice sent by email but have not received one yet. this is bad service!

• Positive: Das Hotel liegt Super-Zentral - nur wenige Meter - von der U-Bahnstation "SOL" entfernt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Prima Brötchen, Croissant etc. Wirklich gut schmeckender Kaffee. Klasse Obstsalat und Fruchtsaft. Personal beim Frühstück sehr zuvorkommend, schnell und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind nicht besonders groß, aber für einen Städteaufenthalt wirklich OK. TV, Kostenfreies LAN (Kabel mitbringen!) Kühlschrank, Kostenfreier Safe im Zimmer - groß genug für ein Netbook. Das Zimmer wurde täglich Top gereinigt - kompliment an die Menschen, die das jeden Tag perfekt erledigen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im April 2011 war echt OK. Wir empfehlen das Hotel uneingeschränkt. TIP: Gut Essen in nur 50 meter Entfernung: MUSEO del Jamon - gleich um die Ecke. Im Erdgeschoss jeden Abend an der Bar kräftig was los - Essen sehr, sehr günstig. Im Obergeschoss - großes Restaurant mit tägich 2 x wechselndem Tagesmüni in drei verschiedenen Preiskategorien. Jeweils 3 gängig inklusiv Wein. Wir waren einige Male dort und es hat immer sehr gut geschmeckt.
• Negative: TV - es sollte mindestens ein Programm in deutscher Sprache angeboten werden. (neben gefühlten 33 spanischen Programme)
