• Positive: La apartamento era bonito y bien equipado, y el personal muy agradable.
• Negative: La limpieza de la habitación no fue muy buena, nada mas entrar a la habitación, el primer día nos encontramos un mazacote de pelos detrás de la puerta, en la cocina había migas de pan en el estante de la tostadora, q nosotros no utilizamos nunca, y allí estuvieron toda nuestra estancia. Otro día no nos hicieron la habitación es mas, el último día haciendo la maleta nos apareció una cucaracha bastante grande en el armario. Esto lo peor. Y también decir que el buffet tanto en el desayuno como en la cena era bastante justo, muy poca variedad y una calidad bastante justa.

• Cleanliness: 5 Rooms were tidied but not cleaned during our stay
• Location: 7.5 Good transport links with busses.close enough to shops.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Toilets were clean,pool bar food was terribly DISCUSTING!!! A complete waste of resources and desperately requires huge improvement.
• Staff: 10 Couldn't fault the hotel staff. Animation staff were friendly,but either overstretched or else lazy
• Quietness: 7.5 Heard the noises we wanted to hear. Except for the terrible acoustic of the animation voices on the loudspeaker,which can be heard across the road at the beach.
• Room: 7.5 Nice room,needs maintenance on terrace doors.
• Value for money: 7.5 Food wasn't really up to standard,you won't starve however you wouldn't write home about it either. Children's entertainment during day was very poor,if non existent!
