• Room: 7.5 Expected slightly bigger room for the price. That table/seat adjoining the lower part of the bed hit me four times very hard under my knee during the stay.

• Room: 5 la vue n'a rien de performant. Sinon pour le reste la chambre est confortable. Eclairage dans salle de bain inefficace. un seul lavabo par salle de bain est peu pratique.
• Value for money: 2.5 Les prestations sont standards. De plus les clients réguliers et fidèles ne sont pas récompensés.

• Positive: Friendly staff, great location, room facilities, small modern hotel and lovely atmosphere. Easy access to the airport. A taxi from or to the airport is normally between 30€ and 40€ depending on time of day so we used the metro from the airport (Line L9 serves T1 and T2) to Zona Universitaria and then switch to Line L3 taking the second stop to Maria Christina then it’s a 10 minute walk to the hotel and about 50 minutes in total. The special airport ticket costs 4.60€ each and can be used to get to any destination on the metro.

• Staff: 10 Reception staff were always very attentive and we were remembered from our visit last year. Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful.

• Room: 7.5 The room was well appointed with safe, wifi, iron, ironing board, telephone, fridge, tea, coffee machine, kettle, bath robe, slippers and ice making machine on each floor. Two 500ml bottles of water were left in the room for us every day.
