• Negative: When we arrived in our room the telephone rang. I answered the call but no-one was there. When we checked out of the hotel we were charged for a telephone call. I queried this explaining that the phone had rang but we had not made any calls ourselves. The receptionist reluctantly removed the charge from our bill saying in future if we make calls we have to pay for them, implying we were lying. For this reason I would not stay at this hotel again which is a shame as I have stayed there before and would have booked it when I return to Barcelona.
