• Positive: People, people, people! Louis did more than others would do in helping me take my baby daughter for emergency hospital. He arranged a doctor, taxi, everything, and he even stopped by at the hospital after his shift at the reception... My mother-in-law and myself were really impressed with his kindness. We wanted to thank him before our departure to the airport, but unfortunately he was not in the shift at that time. I regret so much that we could not talk to him afterward. Please pass our appreciation to him. My daughter got quickly recovered. All are because of him. Also, all others were very friendly and helpful. Especially the kitchen staff were concerned for my daughter, and they opened the kitchen until we finished our breakfast after returning from the hospital. My mother-in-law really enjoyed the accompany and chatting with them, although she speaks none of Spanish, they became good friends! Their home-made bakeries were absolutely special! Ana, the reservation, also was very helpful and responsive when I made a reservation and questions. We all liked the room with a big terrace with superb view. We will definitely come back to your hotel. We already recommended youre hotel to our friends who are considering to travel to Barcelona.

• Cleanliness: 10 Very clean, nicely rennovated room and facilities.
• Location: 10 Perfect location - everything is in vicinity (not only for sightseeing but also for daily goods for family - market, super markets, drug stores, hospital, etc.).
• Common facilities and services: 10 The tea space was nice. Breakfast area is spacious enough.
• Staff: 10 Please see my comment for overview.
• Quietness: 7.5 No inside noise. Outside noise from La Ramblas was nicely shut down with buildings between. There was a cloud with noise on the next street, but you cannot blame on them as it was a Friday night!
• Room: 10 The terrace was large and it has a superb view! Spacious room. Nice and clean bathroom.
• Value for money: 10 Excellent for the money!
