• Cleanliness: 10 Room was cleaned to a high standard everyday.
• Location: 10 1 minute from la rambla, 2 mins from metro and 5 mins from placa catalunya square with aerobus to/from airport, tourist bus and public buses.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Free tea/coffee in the lobby 24hrs a day, vending machines with drinks much cheaper than you sold on la rambla, tourist info stands, free wifi and 2 computers.
• Staff: 10 Always greeted with a smile, very happy to help.
• Quietness: 7.5 Although 1 minute from la rambla hotel was very quiet.
• Room: 7.5 Basic rooms but very clean and equipped with everything you need.
• Value for money: 10 We had breakfast included and thought the hotel was excellent value for money. They let us borrow an iron for free and have luggage lockers you can use for free, very rare in hotels!

• Room: 7.5 Small but perfectly formed. Terrace provides additional space and was well utilised.
• Value for money: 10 Excellent location for the price, and just off the busy Main Street with great eateries and attractions on the doorstep.
