• Positive: Location was great. We also liked the room.
• Negative: The pile of bagged garbage, waiting for all the afternoon guests as they checked in, right in the lobby. Also, the desk clerk who was not at her post when we arrived, even after calling loudly in every open doorway. I saw the same thing happen to others--does she have too many jobs to do that she can't be at the desk? Also, why on earth do four girls have to crowd into a tiny breakfast room, which is entirely self-service? It was so crowded and uncomfortable!
