• Cleanliness: 2.5 The toilet in the bathroom is undescribable. It is not acceptable that a 4 star Hotel has a toilet with verdigris.

• Positive: The bed and bathtub where perfect. The breakfast was really nice. Quiet room.
• Negative: The spa area was a bit small. The entrance of 10€ I found a bit pricey for the service. The wifi in the room was not working very well

• Location: 7.5 Really close to the metro. Half hour walk to the centre
• Common facilities and services: 5 Spa area was small and a bit expensive. The saunas where not working perfectly. If there is more than two couples in the area is not much to do there.
• Staff: 7.5 Everyone that attended us was friendly and nice.
• Quietness: 7.5 The room was quiet. I also appreciate the option to open the windows for fresh air.
• Room: 7.5 I would perhaps rearrange the sitting area and the desk to have a bit more space. But the room is comfortable.
• Value for money: 7.5 Room and breakfast for the price was perfect. I would not re-use the spa as it is. I would also like a stronger signal of wifi inside the room.
