• ここが気に入らなかった: I had absolutely no view as my room was behind a giant billboard. I think that should have been clear at check-in and that room should have been discounted. It really was disappointing. I would recommend it because of the location and it was a decent room, but I would tell people to be sure to not get room behind the billboard.

• 清掃について: 5 The floor was needed to be wet mopped. I did not like walking in barefoot in the room. Good thing they provided slippers.

• 設備やサービスについて: 7.5 The free Wi-Fi signal was good. The lobby was comfortable. The breakfast was good.
• スタッフ: 5 After I was already in my room, the staff came into the room to take things from the refrigerator. Even after she realized that I was in the room she did not apologize or leave. She continued to do whatever she had planned to do. It was nice that I was able to leave my things at the hotel after check out. When I picked them up though, the staff intended to give me two bags that were not mine. I told her they weren't mine. She responded - but they were with the ticket. I am glad that I picked up my bags before someone dishonest came to pick up their bags and take my things. The staff should be more careful.
• 騒音について: 5 If anyone was talking in the corridor I could hear them. Thankfully, it did not happen a lot.
• 客室について: 5 They provided a robe which was a nice touch. The shower was nice but the bathroom overall was cramped. I also expected to have a bidet based on the listing and the follow up email confirmation I received.
• 満足度は？: 5 Should have had a discount for being behind the billboard and having no view.
