• Positiv: Quiet. Excellent room service.
• Negativ: I%27ve left a key back after leaving. The stuff was really unhelpful. I had to call about 10 times from England and I was getting mixed messages. Initially I was told that they have found nothing. After a while I was told that they havent looked yet. This kept on going untill in the end they told me that they found the key. When I asked to be sent to me they said that they are not responsible for that. They told me that they are not post office. I have made a bill of 900+ euros for 5 days and they didnt want to help. I would be even willing to pay them the 3-4 euros it would cost them to post. They only said that they could keep the key for somebody to collect. I find this kind of service unacceptable for a four star hotel. Also wireless internet is restricted only for browsing (VPN is not working). Need to pay an extra 20 euros a day to upgrade. It should be included in the room price, which was high.
