• Cleanliness: 10 Very clean rooms, bed linen was changed every other day.
• Location: 7.5 Although the Hotel is not right in the middle of the main tourist area, it's in an excellent position with the tube station just across the road.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Very nice bar area, excellent service, good variety at breakfast,
• Staff: 10 Very helpful staff, could not have helped us more.
• Quietness: 10 Although the Hotel is at a major road junction the room was very quiet, we had no noise from any other guest.
• Room: 7.5 Very lovely room on level 6, good size and very comfortable bed, I could not get the room temperature cool enough so we left the outside door open would be nice if there was Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room
• Value for money: 10 Overall very good value for money for what I paid.

• Positive: Todo. El espacio, La cama!! le lit : accueil moelleux et matelas ferme. la grandeur du lit. La taille de la chambre 102!!! les réceptionnistes sont très pros. Merci!!!!
