• Positive: I think her name is Isabel, but the host who greeted us was terrific, super helpful, and cheerful. I wish the person who replaced her was as flexible and helpful. The physical place is beautiful, clean and very special. Breakfast was OK but a lot of the fruit was old.
• Negative: NOISE from the street and passing tour groups. Rooms facing the street are cursed with the NOISE!
