  • Positive: Le réceptionniste s'est excusé (cf. "ce que j'ai le moins aimé"), de plus il s'est montré très serviable et nous a bien renseigné à notre arrivée.
  • Negative: Une porte fermée à notre arrivée... en effet le réceptionniste était dans les étages et avait oublié d'afficher sa pancarte mentionnant le n° de tel. auquel on pouvait le joindre.
