Sa Bassa Rotja is a rustic hotel near of Porreres, would not dazzled you, but you will be satisfied if you are looking for somewhere to stay without great luxury. All rooms include services like heating and air-conditioning, satellite television, telephone and full bathroom. You will be delighted by its high class ambience, enveloped by its warm atmosphere. You can enjoy a relaxing dip in the pool, its gardens will enable us to take a walk in the fresh air, possibility of enjoying the gym, it has an excellent restaurant service and possibility of practising outdoor activities. Ideal place for enjoying the regional cuisine and the local festivals.

  • Positive: El encanto que tiene como casa rural, lo bien cuidado que esta el jardín y el personal tan amable que trabaja allí, no sólo la recepción y la dirección, sino también el servicio de limpieza, el jardinero, el de mantenimiento, muy buen equipo de trabajo y sobretodo muy atentos con el cliente.
  • Negative: Algunos pequeños detalles, como el gimnasio, tiene pocas máquinas y de poca calidad, lo cual no sirven para nada, quizás mejorar los accesos a algunas habitaciones, ya que nosotros íbamos con un bebe y nos facilitaron una habitación con dos escalones pronuciados a la entrada y nos era un poco molesto para el carrito. Ofrecían un servicio de préstamo de toallas para las tumbonas y casi siempre no tenían suficientes. El precio excesivo de algunas bebidas, supongo que este tema es porque la mayoría de clientes que se hospedaban en el hotel eran extranjeros y supongo que tienen un poder adquisitivo más alto que los españoles, quizás?

  • Positive: Die schöne Einfahrt und Lage auf dem Land, sehr gutes Wifi, hilfsbereite und freundliche Rezeptionistin.
  • Negative: Mein Basic-Zimmer hatte nur ein Minifenster, roch mufflelig (alte Klimaanlage) und war nicht sonderlich sauber (Haare im Bad, angebrochene Klopapierrollen), der alte Fernseher hatte weder Signal noch Fernbedienung. Ich wechselte in ein rustikales Einzelzimmer im Haupthaus, welches nicht nur klein, sondern auch so hellhörig war, dass man sowohl die Gespräche im Nebenzimmer als auch in der Rezeption verstand.
