• Positive: La Villa Duquesa donde nos hospedamos mi marido y yo.
• Negative: La cocina no disponía de congelador; si una familia se hospeda en régimen alojamiento-desayuno, lo más obvio es que lleve algún tipo de congelado para cocinar. En la web se describen las Villas como “cocina totalmente equipada” y creo que deberían especificar que no tienen congelador.

• Positive: The views from the garden, the heated pool, the beautiful decoration of the hotel and its rooms. The delicious breakfast food.
• Negative: The noises of the works that are being carried out next to the hotel and that lasted almost all day, it is for this reason that we spoke with reception and they moved us to a room further away from the works and much less noisy. In addition, the spa was also closed for works.

• Staff: 10 Excellent work by the staff, both from the guy at the reception who solved the problem of construction noise quickly and effectively, both from the very friendly bellboys, and from the hotel waiters.
• Quietness: Not rated Many rooms including ours overlooked a construction area where heavy machinery was being mined for most of the day. The noise was very unpleasant and should be reported on the hotel website of such works. We, after 3 hours of listening to the works, decided to speak with the hotel reception since it was very unpleasant to be in the garden or in the pool due to the noise, and we were not enjoying it, fortunately they solved this problem for us by moving us to one more room far away where these works were hardly heard.
