• Location: 5 We had a good walk back and forth. Distance from town gives more value for money.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The sightseeing was very good. Professional and nice guide with good knowledge of languages and area we walked in.
• Staff: 7.5 Nice people. Liked especially the female guide we had.
• Quietness: 7.5 Heard some noice from downstarise, but no problem
• Room: 10 Only problem was a pipe smoker on the next balcony!
• Value for money: 10 This is our third hotel in Puerto de la Cruz within the last 4 years. This is the best one and we are coming back!

• Negative: Había que dejar un depósito para que te dieran el mando de la TV, para el uso de la caja fuerte, comprar un paquete para disponer de minibar; en una semana de estancia no nos repusieron el jabón, ni los enseres del baño; no tenían ni albornoz, ni zapatillas a nuestra disposición; no tenían servicio a la habitación, por lo que si un día decidías cenar en el hotel tenias que bajar a comprar la comida.En fin en conjunto no se trata de un hotel 4 estrellas, no lo recomendaría, no volvería a alojarme.

• Cleanliness: 5 Bien, pero no reponían el jabón y lo imprescindible del baño, la colcha de la cama no era del tamaño de la misma, por lo que en una cama de dos tenías que usar mantas por separado, al tratarse de una cama de obra.
• Location: 5 Bien si te mueves en coche.
• Common facilities and services: 5 El área de piscinas estaba muy bien, los servicios escasos (no caja fuerte, no minibar, no servicio a la habitación,etc).

• Room: 7.5 En general bien, pero el baño era viejo (no tenía ni mampara de cristal) y la cama, al ser de obra sin ropa adecuada a la misma.

• Positive: Ya es la 4º o 5º vez que nos alojamos y nos gusta mucho, las piscinas una maravilla y el personal muy atento. Muy tranquilo, por la noche no hay ruidos que molesten.
• Negative: No me dijusta nada, en general muy agradable, por decir algo el horario de comida y cena esta mas enfocado al cliente extranjero, mayoría en el Hotel, los peninsulares, tenemos unos horarios de comido algo diferentes, pero vamos que te adaptas muy bien, el horario de comida y cena pienso que sería bueno alargar una hora más.
