• Cleanliness: 10 Well maintained room and very clean
• Location: 5 Relatively long walk to main attractions. Close to Rental Car office and Hop-on/Hop-off stop.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Very nice breakfast area, bar and restaurant, fast elevators, nice common areas
• Staff: 10 Fast, efficient services provided. Front desk staff (especially Christina Garcia) was very helpful in arranging nice quiet room, handling baggage, providing accurate directions for rental car return, identifying places to eat and navigating around the city.
• Quietness: 10 Courtyard room was extremely quiet and separate door to bedroom also helped. Well insulated walls and floors. Maybe the best of all the lodging we had in Spain
• Room: 7.5 Nice furnished (standard) room. Maybe little smaller than some others that we had, but still quite livable. Very nice bathroom. Free minibar (for beverages) is another plus.
• Value for money: 10 Very reasonable priced compared to other top Madrid hotels
