• Positive: Location, cleanliness, and design (I like modern). Plus the staff was very accomodating in allowing us to check in early in the morning. Wonderful, after arriving from overseas! Oh, and the whirlpool tub.
• Negative: The only drawback was hearing the maid in the next room in the morning walking around, cleaning. But it was not too early and it was "soft" noise - easily ignored. The hotel was really very quiet.

• Cleanliness: 10 They spray a "freshener" in the rooms which I don%27t like - I%27m sensitive to smells. I requested at the front desk to not have it used again, and the next morning when I saw the maid I was very pleased that she had been told of my request and she had remembered.
• Location: 10 We loved our location.

• Quietness: 7.5 The floors are not carpeted so you can hear footsteps above and next door. But, it is not a party hotel so we were not bothered in the least. Heavy double pained doors and windows meant we were not bothered by the noise of Madrid at all.
• Room: 7.5 The bathroom was generous and the room was compact but efficient. We were pleased, but if you need lots of space, I wouldn%27t reccomend it.
• Value for money: 10 I intend on staying here again when we return to Madrid.
