• Location: 10 Located right in the middle of central Madrid. Only a few minutes away from Plaza de Sol and from there, all other locations of interests aren%27t much further away.

• Staff: 10 Front desk spoke English and was extremely friendly from the first day we checked in.
• Quietness: 7.5 Relatively quiet. At least the walls were thick enough that I couldn%27t hear my neighbors (unlike other hotels we%27ve stayed at in Seville). Cleaning staff comes around early (9 am) in the morning but I just made sure to hang the "Do not disturb" sign on the door the night before.

• Value for money: 7.5 A little pricey for my taste but location was great, English-speaking staff was very friendly, and free internet access was OK. I would stay here again.
