• Location: 10 Close to the main shopping area. Very convenient to restaurants and the local bus
• Common facilities and services: 10 Lovely restaurant with a really good breakfast selection
• Staff: 10 Very friendly and helpful.
• Quietness: 7.5 A little outside noise from the street. Bins being emptied very early in the morning
• Room: 10 Our room was on the 1st floor overlooking the main entrance of the hotel with a little balcony to step out onto and look along the street which was lovely. Complimentary mini bar was great and a small bottle of wine on arrival was just perfect.
• Value for money: 10 Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and will stay again when we return to Madrid
