• Positive: The breakfast was extremely good and had a lot of variety. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant as well. One of the front desk male staff was extremely responsive and helpful when I brought up a concern with him.
• Negative: The rooms in the older part of the building are paper thin. We could hear people having sex all night and morning, so we had to request a change in rooms. I would only recommend this hotel if guests are staying in the newer building.

• Staff: 7.5 Only the one male front desk staff who works in the morning is helpful. The lady who works at night was not helpful and rushed through our check-in without explaining anything, until we asked basic questions about internet access and breakfast.
• Quietness: 2.5 Bad especially in the older buildings. Walls are paper thin.
• Room: 5 Only the new building rooms are fantastic but the older rooms are terrible.
• Value for money: 7.5 Only good value if staying in the newer building, otherwise extremely poor value if staying in the ugly, noisy older building.

I needed to contact the hotle I was traveling to next, and Pable was extremely accomadating. You are lucky to have him as an employee and he is a great asset to your business.
