• Positive: Everything! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The location is fantastic - close to 2 metro stations, stores, restaurants, and historic places. Our room was large, with a king-sized bed and a wonderful large shower. The A/C and heater worked nicely. We had a good night's sleep because of the black-out curtains and great soundproofing. We look forward to staying at Preciados at our next Madrid visit.
