• Cleanliness: 10 Room was cleaned everyday to a very high standard. there was always someone cleaning around the hotel, in the rooms, or the foyer, dusting or polishing and tidying
• Location: 10 only a few hundred yards from the main street in Madrid the Grand Via this hotel was in my opinion better situated than those actually on the grand via. the reason being it was able to use the outside space and be part of what was a very social, lovely street in madrid, only minutes walk from nearly all of the attractions and beauty spots.
• Common facilities and services: 10 everything was thought of and nothing was too much trouble
• Staff: 10 can't speak highly enough of them they were very attentive.
• Quietness: 10 the room was very quiet, no real noise from inside the hotel, there was some noise from the street later in the evening, but most nights we were out, however on the nights we were in it was a nice quiet buzz in the background of madrid life.
• Room: 10 brilliant size, everything was very comfortable, looked out onto the street at the front of the hotel which was nice.
• Value for money: 10 we did pay a bit more for the 'premium room' and to have breakfast and I would do it again as I feel i certainly got value for money.
