• Positive: Location. Second, the rooms (bed, balcony) and bathroom (spa tub).
• Negative: Wifi signal was very weak in the rooms. Could not get iPad to connect at all and had to check in for flight on my phone, which took 40 mins because connection was so slow.

• Staff: 10 Pleasant clerk despite being very busy with multiple guests on a Saturday evening. She had a smile for everyone. Our bellman was helpful pointing out the room's facilities and remembered us each day.

• Room: 7.5 refrigerator was noch cool enough. The room without view on the first floor was terrible, but we changed the room and it was much better.
