• Negative: The restaurant is very noisy and you have to sit outside to be abel to talk to each other. There is always something missing. my advise would be to buy more glasses, knife's, spoons ect and fix the roof with something to make the noise less

• Negative: 1) la comida con tanta carne de baja calidad. Hay muy poca cosa para los vegetarianos y además, añadeis jamon a las verduras y arroz! Es increible!! Porqué el cliente no puede añadir el mismo? 2) El ruido por las noches.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Es completamente innecesario limpiar tanto con productos fuertes y nocivos, por ejemplo las duchas en la piscina no hay que limpiar cada día. En las habitaciones hay que dejar al cliente si quiere cambiar las toallas.

• Staff: 5 Las chicas jovenes eran amables! Cuando me quejé por el ruido una señora se metió a la conversation de manera grosera. Dije que habia enviado una pregunta si el ruido del aquaparque se entiende en las habitaciones (tengo migrena) me habian contestado que no - sin añadir que el ruido de la arena bien, para mi es un timo, para la señora esta, no, y lo dejo bien claro. Una vez, en el restaurante recibí buen servicio: pregunté a una señora porqué habia nada sin jamon/carne y 5 min más tarde ella trajo un plato vegetariano para mi hija, muy amable!

• Value for money: 2.5 Es un poco ridiculo cobrar por todo en un all-in. Porqué no cobrais 50 euritos más y la gente no tiene que pagar para las toallas, el mando... y Ustedes no teneis que escribir recibos y ver a los clientes con mala cara??
