• Positive: l'accueil et parmi le personnel de l'hôtel il y a SARAY qui prime par sa présence toujours à l'écoute du client et prêt pour aider et trouver des solutions ( jamais vu de ma vie une telle disponibilité pour les clients)
• Negative: le manque de linges à la piscine: normalement partout ou il y a une piscine il ya déjà des linges pour les clients et même de l'eau...
